From the external gate that characterizes the property you enter the house by climbing 6 steps, you immediately enter the living room with kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave. Dining area with table and chairs, double sofa bed and Tv. A small bedroom with two beds and wardrobe (the room has a high window overlooking the living room) and bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the house. Sperlonga is an ancient medieval village among the 32 most beautiful in Italy. Perched on a rocky spur facing the sea with a spectacular view of the Pontine islands, the Circeo promontory and the islands of Ischia and Capri, this beautiful town has some of the most beautiful beaches and inlets on the Lazio coast and has been awarded the European Blue Flag since 1996 (among the 8 cleanest beaches in Lazio).
