A traditional residence in the historic centre of Maranola, a medieval village in the municipality of Formia that stands on the top of a hill and dominates the Gulf of Gaeta from above. "Maranola Beauty" is a tower house of about 160 square metres on three levels. The object of a careful renovation that has safeguarded and enhanced its features, the house is distinguished by the choice of fine materials and finishes (enamelled Sardinian terracotta floors, wooden doors, plaster in delicate Mediterranean colours, living stone walls, exposed wooden beams). On the ground floor we have a cosy entrance hall and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor is the living area with exposed stone walls, a sofa and TV, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there is a suite (the green room) with a double bed, a single bed and private bathroom; two other double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms (the blue room and the blue room). The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The rooms on the second floor have a small balcony overlooking the village houses and are all equipped with Smart Tv. Another living room outside the rooms completes the second floor. Inverter air-conditioners in every room to enjoy the house even in winter. The house is equipped with Free Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher. Strategically located, the Borgo di Maranola is a short distance from the towns of Formia (km. 4), Gaeta (km. 8) and Sperlonga (km. 12): towns of commercial and historical interest, rich in monuments from the Roman and medieval periods as well as numerous archaeological sites. The presence of the Formia railway station, only 4 km away, allows easy and fast connections with the cities of Rome (140 km away) and Naples (80 km away).
